How Your Mobile Information Is Used

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information is used solely to send you the text messages you have requested. We use this information to:

Your mobile phone number is stored securely in our system and is only accessible to authorized staff members who need it to communicate with you about your care or requested services.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform hosting, is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number to any third parties.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Angelo Back & Rehab unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive our services or communicate with us through other channels, such as phone calls or email.

All contact information you provide goes directly and exclusively to Angelo Back & Rehab.

This Privacy Policy does not cover any information we collect which constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI) as that term is defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). The use and disclosure of any information collected that constitutes PHI is governed separately by a Business Associate Agreement entered into between Be Top Local and your healthcare provider which has engaged Be Top Local for services.
